Terms of delivery

By using our services and unless agreed otherwise, you have agreed to the following terms:

1. Bird's Eye Communications is hired as an advisor only. Clients cannot hold the company liable for consequences flowing from using its services.

2. Bird's Eye Communications may use client names on its website for promotional purposes.

3. Clients are invoiced by e-mail; payments are due 3 within 3 weeks. Late payment is subject to interest and other fees.

4. Copyrights on texts and/or designs remain with the author(s).

5. Bird's Eye Communications operates under Dutch law.

Bird's Eye Communications is registered in the Dutch trade register en is part of the Amsterdam BioMed Cluster.
